Couldn't find a technical issues sub-section so I will use this one since its the least wrong one.

This site and its sister-site black-desert.com can't send emails to hotmail accounts which makes it impossible to activate accounts. I could solve this problem by using gmail but I expect others will suffer the same problem as I did.
