Game problem w7, would appriciate help

Hi,
So my friend is trying to start bless, he followed all instructions and got it downloaded and hes using my verified acc (I can start the game and play, w10)
He can log on to the site and start the game, but when the bless logo appear from the screen, the game doesnt start, it just closes and no process can be found in task manager.

everything is allowed through the firewall, he has VPN and a verefied acc.

Is it because hes borrowing my acc and logging in from another computer or is it something else?

note: first time he tried he just got a black screen.

please help

Am having the same problem only started today after the patch no idea as yet whats causing it if u find a solution post plse will do the same

does your OS set to korean locale?

yes, my Locale under 'Administrative' is Korea, should I change it under 'location' to korea as well?

no, its fine... i guess something is up to after that patch that made it crash...

To be more accurate should it will help the solution -
Korea VPN'ing
Logging in with IE
Clicking Blue "start"
a window loading something apears with "PC" in 1 of it's sentences, disapears.
all windows I have disapears \ minimize
Gameguard is loading
Logo comes
VPN off
very small window titles "bless" is there when I click on taskbar bless while logo.
a black flash comes
bless is gone, all windows pop and come back.

P.S
any side programs might be missing?

Hello all i m new her

I think i have the same problem, after Bless logo come the game window appears and then disappears after, there's nothing after.
So enyone can help plz
