well you need a verified, fully functional account. It could be but the error wouldn't really make sense then. Still if you don't have a verrified account you 100% need one

Had the same issue. Not sure what I did differently ... didn't have to verify my account or anything (I had the same age/DOB/sex as above when clicking my account) ... anyway, kept clicking game launch and eventually it gave me the browser add-on to install. After install click launch game again and it should patch and start up!

Well, got kicked out (for maintenance I guess). Nito, or anyone else who might know: any idea what this says? More compounded message than OP and want to log for my own knowledge. I'd translate, but can't cut/paste the pop-up characters.
