This is a community forum, I think you're in a mistake. No developers here as far as I know.
In regards to ArcheAge and Bless, the games are being made by different developers: While Bless is developed by Neowiz, ArcheAge is being made by XLGames, the only thing they have in common is that they're both Korean companies.
