I almost gave up on this game but I've been waiting too long to play it, so finally, after two days of failed attempts with all possible windowed mode , and reinstalling the game and running it as admin etc'
The only thing that did work for me , just now is this -

To run the game as admin here - (which I did previously and didn't work) C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Bless Online\Launcher". Right click "BlessLauncher" > Properties > Compatability > check "Run this program as administrator" > Apply > OK
But also to run it the same way here - "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Bless Online\Binaries\Win64" > Right Click "Bless" > Properties > Compatability > "Run this program as administrator" > Apply > OK
Took me straight to character selection screen.
Oh, and it's on the windowed mode with auto setting
