      well there is some instructions there on the first page of the forum, about requirements and stuff, there is also the link to download the game in the forum, the hard part is to register in the Russian site, but ones you get the mail address and assuming you can translate the e-mail, i use a gmail account googlr translate integrate, you will be good to go.
