is this invisible cloak class specific skill, or have it all clases ?? Can i somehow avoid be attacked in pvp zones, if i DONT want pvp ?? -

Only assassins have it and yes you can avoid them if you have "Covenant of Piece" or "Завет Мира" in russian" (icon with dove) which gives you immunity against other faction's players for 30 minutes. Those are quite limited though so you would need to stay alert in pvp zones.
