it says that the game is restricted for koreans only so something is wrong with your vpn connection. (maybe)

location is south korea, seoul. I use NordVPN if that has an affect on it.
ill look for a free alternative vpn to test it. -
NordVPN was the issue, SoftEther VPN worked
