Yes, we did. It gives absolutely nothing. Neither with our main lvl 12 guild nor with lvl 10 guild we had before moving to a bigger one.

I never even said that I given up hopes on NA/EU release, I simply no longer care for it because it takes too long and probably won't happen this year. And I get enough fun from RU release. There are some flaws indeed but they are getting fixed little by little.

Gear should be given to the people who most deserve it and I don't need a DKP spreadsheet to tell me. Besides drama will happen in every guild even with a DKP system. It's just a matter of how well the guild is being ran, but obviously you don't seem to understand.

And how do you decide who does and who does not deserve that gear? What criteria? By "I just like this guy and I don't like the other one who's been grinding shit so we could win a territory". And most important thing how would you motivate people to help your guild grow influence? Just asking nicely does not always work.

If that's not arguments about knowledge and experience then it's those assumptions and bitter misery of acusing somebody of being a member of zerg guild even if one is not. But it's okay as long as that loop of self-deception makes you feel right. After all we will probably never crosspass, it's not like it would matter for me anyway. I mean, as for giving out the pvp gear from the realm points, it's however the guild wants to do it. There are plenty of ways to distribute the gear. Many people don't like the DPK system and just create their own system.
