There are many reasons the game failed in other regions and its not all devs fault.
1. Korean version failed because the game was not finished and their market is completely oversaturated with MMOs they get like 20 new ones every year...
This can be blamed on Neowiz.
2. Russian version failed because of the publisher 101XP. It was highly P2W in their region and servers where so bad it was almost unplayable.
3. Japan version failed because JP players got very specific taste (check how gear looks in FFXIV and you will get what i mean) and Bless Online does not fit that spot.
Honestly i don't even know why they bothered with JP in the first place when Bless Online was clearly not designed for that audience...
That gets us to EU/US. Neowiz has a chance here to take things around for the better. They got much more polished game (reworked combat, much better optimization and tons of content already done just being held back), they are self publishing and they will probably get best servers available because lets face it this is their last chance and if they fail its over 60 million dollars down the drain... Pretty sure they wont risk it.
Also lets not forget this is EA so even if EA is not super success they still got official release down the road.
