We've killed last boss dun 43 (after nerf dmg) and get Assassin loot ?

I mean ... Come on guys please. We've worked hard to figure out how to kill the boss, plus we had low gear (6K5 to 7K7) and it was pretty hard ... To get Assassin loot. Here is the VOD

Actually we did the dungeon with a Berzerk but we decided to replace the Zerk for a Mage because it's more preferable to have ranged on that boss.
