[Iron Bank] International-English | 21+ | High Quality - Competitive | PvP/PvE/Econ | Active on JP server

  • APRIL UPDATE:

We have an international community (NA/EU/OCE). At the time of this message around 50% of our guild is NA, and the other 50% is split between EU and OCE. We have decided to play on a North American server at launch, but will strive to maintain a healthy population of EU/OCE players within our guild.

If you are looking for a high quality - competitive guild, and are willing to play on the NA servers, we urge you to apply.

    [Iron Bank] International-English | 21+ | High Quality - Competitive | PvP/PvE/Econ | Active on JP server

  • As of March 26, 2018 we are at 40% of max guild capacity. While we do have 60% of slots remaining, applications are ramping up as we approach launch. Keep this in mind if you are on the fence about applying.

  • Saying that this guild is "structured" is an understatement. The organization of this coalition reminds me much of my time in the United States Military. Every single person has a specific task or job to accomplish on a day to day basis in the name of the guild, and even as a regular member you still feel valued, appreciated, and as though you make an important contribution to the guild.

The leadership is competent. If a member of the leadership team is not doing their job, Sharka replaces them with someone who WILL do the job correctly.

Just being a low ranking member doesn't mean your voice isn't heard. even as a brand new member joining in back when they were in the launch of Albion online, if someone had good ideas, they were implemented.

The accomplishments of this guild in Albion are too much to type in detail, so i'll keep it short. The Iron Bank was an economic powerhouse. The strategies to acquire and move coin implemented by the leadership were so advanced that even the real world traders saw The Iron Bank as a threat. Such a threat that they spent thousands and thousands in real money to drive The Iron Bank out of the game. (if you played Albion online, you'd remember how much of an issue RWT is).

Coming from over 10 years of leading and being a part of highly competitive and hardcore guild/clan/companies in various games, this is by far the best guild i've had the privilege to be a part of.

and if you still somehow aren't convinced to take the 5 minutes it costs to send in an application, then take a look at this article posted by Albion. (we're at the bottom, even Albion knows to save the best for last)

If you've ever been a part of a top guild, that even the developers of the game you're playing respect, you'd know the sense of pride everyone in The Iron Bank felt the day this article was published. It hits a special place when even the people making the game you're playing realize what sort of influence you have in their world.

    Well, Speech over.

  • "One stone crumbles and another takes its place and the temple holds its form for a thousand years or more. And that's what the Iron Bank is, a temple. We all live in its shadow and almost none of us know it. You can't run from them, you can't cheat them, you can't sway them with excuses. If you owe them money and you don't want to crumble yourself, you pay it back." ;)
