what worked for me is this go to :C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Bless Online\Binaries\Win64 and select Bless_BE.exe , left click proprieties and select compatibility and check this: Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution, Run this program as administrator and launch Bless_BE.exe. After this the game will launch and Your resolution will get low , fix it to proper resolution and click Bless.exe to run as administrator and there you go
