there is an easier workaround for that skill bug. you have to get out of battle mode first, so run away or emergency reset.
then press K-> unequip your stances -> save -> re-equip your stances -> save.
then you should be good to go. it's a common bug.
no blue 45 gear, only purple which are pretty rare drops from Migra Turis and Patala Ruins. enchant your 37 armour to +10 and your blue 45 weapon to +10 in the meantime. and enchant your [purple] jewelry but that is a super slow process.
Finely Ground Bone Dust drops from a few elite mobs. you can mouse over it when you get some to see which elites drop it or you can mouse over it while looking at the recipe while interacting with your craft table.

you can uncheck the guide quest box under your minimap in the top right and you don't have to do see it anymore. i have the trial craft quest bugged and i just unchecked it cuz it was annoying me too 
i don't really see a problem with not finishing the main story quest line. i didn't finish either, and for whatever gold i would get i just get in other ways instead. when the level cap is eventually bumped up to 50 it won't take too long to finish the rest of it and catch up to the new content.
definitely do hunting quests and get in on Monster Hunt raids for sure. the rewards are needed to progress enchanting your gear and buying materials from the special shop in your game menu (Esc Menu), and you will be far behind if you do not do any. you will get xp you can't use from them but that doesn't matter compared to the rewards you will really need. also, if there is a monster hunt in an area then you can more easily gather there with somewhat less worry of being ganked by the enemy faction 
that's only because i fired him from his butler position. he smelled bad and was very snobbish to guests. and never flushed the toilet after he used it.
As of this time? Logging into Steam and purchasing the game. Outside of that... zero options. Might find download options elsewhere, but without a steam account, you're outa luck.

Bless is a buy to play game unless you go onto the japanese servers using a vpn, which is not so great. the NA/EU release requires a steam purchase.
maybe it will be a lot more filled out in a couple of months. it seems like it's meant to be pretty comprehensive which is a tall order from one guy. i'd just let him do his work on it and revisit it later. i figure the resource map and skill tree sections are just fillers for the time being and eventually he'll get to them. as i understand it, it's one man working on a large project and that scenario always takes a fair bit of time.
i understand what you're saying, DenverRalphy, i would just recommend checking on it in a while to see how it's coming along and maybe he will have more things complete that will be helpful. even if it's only 1 or 2 sections that are ready when you do check again.

currently if you die by a mob or any PvE then all your runes have a 100% chance to break, which is pretty merciless. i heard it wasn't the original intention but i don't really know. i do hope it will be adjusted sooner rather than later though.

this was the difference between a pre-purchase of a standard pack for a 2 day head start and purchasing the next step up after the official early access release date. i think your expectations are influenced by a misunderstanding of what you bought.
regarding the market, there is a menu if you press esc where you can view anything in the market but you have to be at an npc to interact with it, which is handy. there are no carrying quests from city to city to make a profit like you see in archeage though. there is only the one market, which has a 30% fee to everything you sell. other than this, i think DenverRalphy has answered your questions thoroughly.
there is some grind to making gold but at least you won't see gold farmers spamming website links in chat, and i only ever saw one characer leveling spammer. it's free to play so you don't have anything to lose by trying it out that way.
it would take a long time to earn that much gold even from turbans. it's a slow process but there are other things besides selling raw mats that you can do such as your daily/weekly missions which will give you at least 1 gold each on each character you do them. sometimes more if the reward chest gives you and extra 3 - 5 gold bars when you open it. selling 37 blues is ok, especially if they have a good rune on them.
also, the market has set pricing range so that may be why the purple items cost so much. players simply cannot choose to sell them for a lesser price. i heard also that crafted gear is better than dropped gear but i don't really know for sure, so maybe lvling up your armoursmith will help you get what you're looking for too.

the "random 5% bg (battleground ) aka war is queued at certain times if it does not go to start with in the hour upon able to queue up , after this it is just buggy at the moment not full or not a minimum number of players on each team i think needs 6-9 alteast per team 15v15 (MAX players)

agreed, you have a maximum of 40 mounts/pets that you can have tamed at any one time and you may have reached your limit. i suggest some enhancing for your daily missions

or just change the probability to something like a 30% chance for 1 of your runes to break upon pve death
these solo instances are only really prominent in the early parts of the main story questline. they drop off dramatically by the time you get to the first dungeon, which becomes available at lvl 13. just stick with it for a bit and you'll be past that early clump of them pretty quickly.
and do your daily missions for extra gold and mats.
