Since Bless Japan requires a permanent japanese VPN you can't really do anything else besides playing the game. With Mudfish however you can let games run via the VPN only, while the rest of your PC runs with your normal internet connection. It is not free though, but it's actually really cheap
A short guide:
Go to mudfish.net register and download the client.
Start the client as admin. The Interface is the website so don't get confused. All the changes you do on the website will be send to the Mudfish Client on your PC.
Then go to Credit > Buy > Change currency to USD and buy the credits for $3.
Now you can either use a Subscription based Setting or a Pay per Traffic one. The difference here is that you either pay $1 for 1 month of unlimited Traffic for Bless only, or you have around 20 GB Traffic available for everything.
To change this setting go to Setup > Edit Profile and choose either Subscription or Pay per Traffic
Next go to Items > Equip Items and buy Bless for $0.99 for 30 days(or if you use the Pay per Traffic Option just click on Bless)
In the Settings select Asia (Japan) and as a Node a Japanese one. Not all of them are working for Bless though as it seems so you might have to change them a couple of times until you found one that works (Conoha 4 should work for example). So if the game does not start via the website you have to try another Node.
